Have you arranged insurance cover of any type through an insurance broker called David Brown Insurance Services Limited (David Brown Insurance) trading from offices at Lawrence House, 37 Normanton Road, Derby, Derbyshire, DE1 2GJ?

If so, it is important for you to know that David Brown Insurance no longer conducts general insurance business or any activity regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Some customers may have paid premiums for insurance cover to be arranged by David Brown Insurance, but we have reason to believe that, in some instances, these premiums may not have been passed to the insurer.

Any customer of David Brown Insurance in this position may not have valid insurance cover in place.
