Warning – Damak Group Limited

Several consumers have contacted us about Damak Group, who we believe are approaching UK consumers to sell them shares and accepting payments for shares on behalf of other unauthorised firms. We have not authorised Damak Group to carry on either of these activities.

The City of London Police has since informed us they are investigating Damak Group.

Who does this affect?

Consumers who have bought shares on the advice of Damak or who have been asked to send payment for shares to Damak by any other company.

What should affected consumers do next?

If you have had dealings with any other firms relating to Damak please Contact us.

Always make sure that the firm you use is on our Register and is allowed to give investment advice before handing over your money – see Check our Register. If we do not regulate them and things go wrong, you won't have access to UK complaints and compensation procedures.
