Victoria Mortgage Funding Ltd

Victoria Mortgage Funding Ltd, based in London SE1, went into administration on 10 September 2007. The firm focused largely on sub prime lending. An estimated 380 customers who have current mortgage offers may be affected. KPMG have been appointed as Administrators.

GMAC-RFC Ltd, a lender based in Bracknell, Berkshire, has offered to review potential completions for mortgages due in the next three days with a view to getting mortgage loans for these borrowers.

Victoria Mortgages has written to brokers to tell them of the situation and in turn brokers will need to contact affected customers.

If you are one of these customers, you will need to contact your broker as soon as possible to get another mortgage. You will need another mortgage if you are buying a property or remortgaging as Victoria Mortgages will not be able to provide the mortgage it had offered you.
