Who we are
We are the UK’s financial regulator set up by the government to regulate financial services and protect your rights. This means we set standards that financial services firms have to meet and we take action if they don’t. We also provide you with information and pointers about your money. The Moneymadeclear service is provided by the FSA in partnership with the Government.
No selling
Because we’re the regulator, we’re not selling anything. So all our information is impartial. We provide information through this website, booklets and the Moneymadeclear helpline. But, as the regulator, we cannot investigate individual complaints, recommend a particular firm or give you advice on which product to choose.
