Free printed guides

Our guides cover a wide range of topics – such as pensions, mortgages, financial advice and how to make a complaint. They are written in plain English and are a good starting point if you want general information.

Consumer Contact Centre

Our Consumer Contact Centre can answer general enquiries about financial products and services. We can also tell you if a firm is authorised and point you in the right direction if you don't know who to contact.
