Moneymadeclear helpline
Our Moneymadeclear helpline can answer general enquiries about financial products and services. It can also give you information and pointers about your money to help you work out what’s right for you. We can also tell you if a firm is authorised and point you in the right direction if you don't know who to contact. We won’t try to sell you anything and we don’t recommend specific products or providers.
- Call our Moneymadeclear helpline – opening hours are 8am to 8pm on Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sunday. Please note, calls may be recorded or monitored for training purposes.

Free printed guides
Our guides cover a wide range of topics – such as pensions, mortgages, insurance, savings and investments, financial advice and how to make a complaint. They are written in plain English and are a good starting point if you want general information.
